Plan Administration and Compliance

Establishing a qualified retirement plan requires ongoing involvement from the plan sponsor. While you may contract with service providers to perform many necessary duties, plan fiduciary responsibilites are to ensure that all required functions are carried out in order to remain in compliance with applicable laws.
