| Many agencies have found success with prospecting through the mail. Use these four simple steps to create your own prospecting campaign: |
- Prepare a mailing to a list of existing or potential customers.
- Download one of Symetra Financial's pre-approved prospecting letters (grouped by product to the right) and include any applicable marketing mail stuffers (see Marketing Materials).
- Mail small batches of prospecting letters weekly spread over a one- to two-month time span. Consider how much volume your office can handle; some prospecting campaigns have generated up to a 20% response.
- After each mailing, make follow-up phone calls to your mailing list from the prior week.
