Symetra Financial Named 'Top Private Company'

Bellevue, Wash. — (June 19, 2008) — Two independent publications have named Symetra Financial as the top private company in Washington state by total revenues. Both the Puget Sound Business Journal and Washington CEO magazine placed Symetra atop their respective rankings based on the company’s 2007 total revenues of $1.59 billion.

This marks the second consecutive year Symetra has led the list of 100 largest privately held companies polled by the two publications.
